Invitation

During onboarding

On step 3 of the onboarding flow you can invite teammates before reaching the dashboard. Enter an email, pick a role, and click + to queue them. Multiple people can be added at once. This step is optional.

From the Members page

Go to Members in the sidebar. Click the Invite Member button in the last row of the members table. Enter the email address and assign a role.

The recipient receives an email with a join link. Pending invites appear in the members table with a yellow Pending status badge.

Roles available at invite time

Role	Access
Full Access	Administrator; can change settings and invite members
Agent Access	Member; can reply to conversations but cannot change settings
Basic Access	Member with limited access

Manage pending invites

Pending invites are visible in the Members table. Admins and owners can resend or revoke them at any time.
