A workspace-wide view of every conversation.
The All view shows every open conversation in the workspace regardless of assignee or channel. The live count next to the label updates in real time.
Right-click actions
Right-click any conversation in the list to access:
- Assign to a team member or unassign
- Snooze
- Mark as priority
- Mark as read
- Escalate
- Close or Reopen
Sort
Use the sort control in the list header to switch between Newest and Oldest.
