Upload Knowledge
Manage categories and index your website from the Upload Knowledge tab.
Go to Storage and click the Upload Knowledge tab.

The Upload Knowledge tab has two sections: Manage Categories and Webpage Data.
Manage Categories
All existing categories are shown as cards. Each card displays the category name, icon, article count, and author count.
- Click any category card to open the Category Setup drawer and edit it
- Click the New Category card (the dashed one) to create a new category
Webpage Data
Index your website so Rian can use its content to answer customer questions.
First time: click Index Website. Renprofile crawls your site and indexes the text content from each page.
Already indexed: the entry shows your URL, page count, and last indexed date. Click Index again to trigger a fresh crawl after updating your site.

PDF upload
PDF upload is available from inside a category, not from this tab directly. Open a category, go to the Create Article tab, and click Upload a PDF to extract content from a PDF file into a new article.
