Connect an email account to Renprofile via IMAP/SMTP.
Connect
Go to Integrations > Channels and click Connect Email. A drawer opens with the connection form.

Auto-configuration
When you enter your email address, Renprofile automatically detects the provider and fills in the IMAP and SMTP settings. Supported providers with auto-fill:
| Provider | IMAP Host | SMTP Host |
|---|---|---|
| Gmail | imap.gmail.com | smtp.gmail.com |
| Outlook / Hotmail / Live | outlook.office365.com | smtp.office365.com |
| Yahoo | imap.mail.yahoo.com | smtp.mail.yahoo.com |
| iCloud | imap.mail.me.com | smtp.mail.me.com |
| AOL | imap.aol.com | smtp.aol.com |
| Zoho | imap.zoho.com | smtp.zoho.com |
When auto-filled, the IMAP and SMTP fields are locked. For a custom domain, leave the fields editable and enter your server details manually.
How it works
Renprofile connects to your email account via IMAP to receive messages and SMTP to send replies. Inbound emails become conversations in your inbox; replies you send from Renprofile are delivered as emails from your address.
Manage
Once connected, go to Settings > Channels > Email to view the connected account name, connection date, and disconnect option.
