Connect your WhatsApp Business account to Renprofile.
Connect
Go to Integrations > Channels and click Connect WhatsApp. This opens a Meta OAuth popup (500×600px). Complete the WhatsApp Business authorisation flow. On success, the channel status updates to Connected and a toast confirms the connection.
Requirements
- A WhatsApp Business account
- Admin access to the associated Meta Business account
How it works
WhatsApp messages sent to your business number appear in your Renprofile inbox as conversations. Replies you send from Renprofile are delivered back to the customer on WhatsApp.
Manage
Once connected, go to Settings > Channels > WhatsApp to view:
- Connected account name
- Connection date
- Disconnect option
Disconnect
Click Disconnect in the channel settings. Existing conversations are preserved; no new messages will be received.
