Articles

Write and publish help articles for your customers.

Articles live inside categories. Go to Storage, click a category, then click New Article or open an existing article card.

Create an article

Inside a category, click the Create Article tab. Fill in:

Article descriptionUp to 120 characters; shown as a summary
Article contentOpens the full article editor

Click Click to open article editor to open the rich text editor in a drawer.

Author

The author field is automatically set to your name from your workspace profile.

Create with AI

Click Create with AI (the gradient-bordered button) to generate an article from a prompt. Describe the topic and click Begin article creation. The generated content opens directly in the article editor for review and editing.

Upload from PDF

Click Upload a PDF to extract content from a PDF file. The extracted content opens in the article editor pre-filled with a title and description.

Edit an existing article

Click any article card in the category overview to open it in the editor. The article title and description are pre-filled.
