Renprofile is a customer communication platform built for modern support teams. It brings together AI-powered automation, a shared inbox, and multi-channel messaging in one place.

Navigation

The left sidebar is your primary navigation. It is divided into sections:

Inbox: Your Inbox; Assigned; Escalated (admins only); Resolved; All

Labels: Colour-coded label filters for quick conversation access (e.g. Billing, Legal)

Integrations (admins only): Apps; Channels

AI Agent (admins only): Sandbox; Configuration; Insights

Workspace: Members; Storage; Settings

How it fits together

A visitor opens Beacon on your site and starts a conversation. Rian (the AI agent) responds automatically. If needed, it escalates to a human agent in the inbox. The agent replies; the conversation is resolved.
