Activity Logs
Internal audit trail of actions taken in your workspace.
Go to Members and click the Logs tab.
What's logged
| Event | Description |
|---|---|
| member_joined | A new member accepted an invite |
| member_removed | A member was removed from the workspace |
| role_changed | A member's role was updated |
| assigned | A conversation was assigned to an agent |
| resolved | A conversation was resolved |
| escalated | Rian escalated a conversation to a human |
| promotion | A member was promoted to a new role |
Log display
Each entry shows:
- Actor avatar (profile image or initials with a coloured background)
- Actor handle (
@username) and action description - Sub-label with additional context
- Relative timestamp (e.g.
2m,4h,3d)
System events (escalations, resolutions) use a green or red avatar instead of a user avatar.
Sort
Use the Newest / Oldest sort control in the top-right of the logs panel. The total log count is shown in the header.
