Channels
View and manage connected channels from Settings.
Go to Settings > Channels to view the connection status and details for each channel.

Connected channel view
When a channel is connected, the settings page shows:
- Account name and profile picture (where available)
- A green Connected and Active status indicator
- Connection date
- A Disconnect button
Not connected
If a channel is not yet connected, the settings page shows a prompt to go to Integrations > Channels to set it up.
Disconnect
Click Disconnect on any connected channel. A confirmation modal appears before the action is taken. Existing conversations are preserved; no new messages will be received after disconnection.
