Labels
Colour-coded filters for organising conversations.
Labels appear in the sidebar as quick-access filters. Each label shows a coloured dot and a conversation count.
The current default labels are Billing (green #05C46B) and Legal (blue #136EFF).
Apply labels
Open a conversation and use the labels field in the Conversation Details panel to apply one or more labels.
Filter by label
Click a label in the sidebar to view all conversations tagged with it.
Full label management (create, rename, delete) is coming soon.
