Go-Live Checklist
Everything to verify before you open Renprofile to real customers.
Work through this list top to bottom before enabling Rian on live traffic.
Workspace
- Workspace name and icon are set in Settings > Workspace > Manage
- Timezone is configured in Settings > Workspace > Assignment
- Work days and work hours are set
- Offline message is configured
Team
- All agents are invited and have accepted their invite
- Roles are correct (Administrator vs Member)
- Default assignee is set (or left blank for manual routing)
- Self-assign on reply is configured to your preference
Channels
- At least one channel is connected and shows Connected and Active
- Beacon is installed on your site and a test message arrives in the inbox
Knowledge base
- At least one category exists in Storage
- Key articles are written and published
- Your website is indexed (if applicable)
AI Agent
- Audience profile, language, and escalation topics are configured
- Sandbox testing is complete; responses look correct
- Handoff behaviour is verified (escalation triggers work as expected)
Final check
- Send a test message through Beacon
- Verify it appears in Your Inbox
- Reply from the inbox; verify the customer receives it
- Trigger a handoff keyword; verify Rian escalates correctly
