Categories

Organise your knowledge base with categories.

Categories group related articles together. They appear as cards in the Storage overview and as sections in your Help Center.

Create a category

Go to Storage and click the New Category card (the dashed one). The Category Setup drawer opens. Enter a name and choose an icon.

Each category card shows:

  • Icon (from a set of preset icons)
  • Category name
  • Article count
  • Author count

Click a card to open the category and view its articles.

Edit a category

Go to Storage > Upload Knowledge and click any category card to open the edit drawer.

Inside a category

When a category is selected, the view switches to a detail view with two tabs:

Overview: shows all articles in the category as cards. Each card shows the title, description, and author. Click a card to edit the article.

Create Article: opens the article creation form with fields for title, description, and content.
