Add content so Rian can answer customer questions accurately.

Rian uses your Storage content to answer questions. The more relevant content you add, the better its responses will be.

1. Create a category

Go to Storage and click the New Category card. Give it a name and choose an icon. Categories group related articles together.

Good starting categories: Getting Started; Billing; Troubleshooting; Product Features.

2. Write your first article

Click a category to open it, then click New Article. Fill in:

  • Title: clear and specific (e.g. "How to reset your password")
  • Description: up to 120 characters; shown as a summary
  • Content: click Open article editor to write in the full editor

3. Use AI to draft articles faster

Inside a category, go to the Create Article tab and click Create with AI. Describe the topic and click Begin article creation. The generated draft opens in the editor for you to review and edit.

4. Upload a PDF

If you have existing documentation as a PDF, click Upload a PDF inside a category. Renprofile extracts the content and opens it in the article editor pre-filled.

5. Index your website

Go to Storage > Upload Knowledge and scroll to Webpage Data. Click Index Website and enter your site URL. Renprofile crawls the site and makes the content available to Rian.

After updating your site, click Index again to refresh.

6. Test in the Sandbox

Go to AI Agent > Sandbox and ask questions that your articles should cover. Check the Session tab to see which knowledge sources Rian used and whether the confidence score is above 0.8.

If Rian gives a wrong or incomplete answer, update the relevant article and re-test.
