Manage Multiple Channels

Work with conversations from different channels in one inbox.

Renprofile unifies messages from all connected channels into a single inbox. Here's how to work effectively across multiple channels.

Identify the channel

Every conversation in the list shows a platform badge on the contact avatar:

Filter by channel

Use the All view and the right-click context menu to filter or assign conversations by channel. The filter bar lets you narrow by status, assignee, and other attributes.

Reply behaviour per channel

Rian across channels

Rian handles conversations from all channels. Escalation and handoff behaviour is the same regardless of channel. You can toggle Rian on or off per conversation using the Agent Reply toggle (⌘T).

Disconnect a channel

Go to Settings > Channels, select the channel, and click Disconnect. Existing conversations are preserved; no new messages will be received after disconnection.
