Connect Meta Channels
Connect WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook to Renprofile.
WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook all use Meta's OAuth flow. The process is the same for all three.
Steps
- Go to Integrations > Channels
- Click Connect WhatsApp, Connect Instagram, or Connect Facebook
- A Meta OAuth popup opens (500×600px)
- Log in to your Meta account and authorise the required permissions
- On success, the popup closes and the channel card updates to Connected

After connecting
The channel card shows a Manage Channel button. Click it to open the channel settings in Settings > Channels where you can view the connected account name, connection date, and disconnect option.
Troubleshooting
Popup blocked: allow popups for your Renprofile domain in your browser settings.
Auth failed: ensure you're logged in to the correct Meta account that has admin access to the Page or Business.
Status shows Pending: the OAuth handshake is still completing. Wait a few seconds and refresh the Channels page.
Status shows Error: disconnect and reconnect. If the error persists, check that your Meta app permissions are still active.
