Invite Members

Add your team to Renprofile and manage their roles.

During onboarding

On step 3 of the onboarding flow, you can invite teammates before reaching the dashboard. Enter an email address, pick a role, and click the + button to queue them up. You can add multiple people at once. This step is optional; skip it and invite later from the Members page.

Members page

Once you're in the workspace, go to Members from the sidebar. The page has two tabs: Members and Logs.

Members tab

The members table shows everyone in your workspace — active members and pending invites — with four columns:

ColumnDescription
MemberName, avatar, and email handle
StatusActive (green) or Pending (yellow) for invites not yet accepted
TeamThe team the member belongs to
RoleCurrent role; admins and owners can change this inline

Invite a member: click the Invite Member button in the last row of the table. This opens the invite modal where you enter an email and assign a role.

Change a role: click the role label next to any member to open the role picker. Two roles are available:

RoleWhat they can do
AdministratorCan change workspace settings and invite new members
MemberCannot change workspace settings or invite new members

The workspace owner role is assigned automatically to whoever created the workspace and cannot be changed from this screen.

Remove a member: open the role dropdown for any member and select Remove from workspace. You'll be asked to confirm before the action is taken.

Logs tab

The Logs tab shows an internal activity feed for your workspace. Each entry shows:

  • Who performed the action (avatar, handle, and name)
  • What happened (the event description)
  • When it happened (relative timestamp: 2m, 4h, 3d, etc.)

Logs can be sorted by Newest or Oldest using the sort control in the top-right of the panel.

Events tracked include: member joined; member removed; role changed; conversation assigned; conversation resolved; agent escalation; and promotions.
